Cookie Policy
A clear view of cookies, browser storage and the choices available to you.
What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser. They can support functions such as remembering a sign-in or a preference. Other technologies can store or read information on your device too, including browser storage and tracking pixels.
This policy explains the current Strata Digital website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What this website currently uses
The website uses HubSpot for enquiries, optional analytics cookies, cookie choices and live chat. HubSpot scripts load when you visit a page. Your enquiry can be submitted without accepting optional cookies, and chat opens when you select the help button. The EasyDMARC scanner is separate and remains unloaded until you choose to activate it.

HubSpot cookies and choices
Choose Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies or the category settings in the HubSpot banner. The Cookie settings control in the footer reopens that banner so you can change your choice. You can continue to read the site and submit an enquiry if you reject optional cookies.
HubSpot uses __hs_cookie_cat_pref to remember category choices. If permitted, its analytics cookies can include __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc. Chat uses functional state such as hs-messages-is-open and, subject to its consent controls, messagesUtk to maintain conversation history. HubSpot’s delivery providers can also set security cookies such as __cf_bm.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent essential delivery and security requests to HubSpot or all measurement without cookies. HubSpot components can receive your IP address, browser details, page address and consent events. Chat presents a further notice before a conversation starts.
Cookie lifetimes and behaviour are controlled by HubSpot and can vary by configuration. See HubSpot’s current cookie inventory. You can also clear existing website data in your browser; doing so may reset preferences or chat history.
Optional EasyDMARC cookies
Where the domain scanner is embedded, its code and associated third-party requests are blocked until you select Accept and load scanner. EasyDMARC uses functionality, analytics and advertising technologies, including cookies and other browser storage.
Its widget can contact providers including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit, as well as analytics providers. These technologies can measure activity and support advertising. Their precise operation and expiry periods are controlled by the providers and can change.
Read EasyDMARC’s Privacy Policy and cookie information for its current details. The final cookie inventory for the enabled widget still needs confirmation.
You can continue using the rest of this website without activating the scanner. Reload or leave the page containing the scanner to close it and stop further widget requests. This does not delete cookies already set by third parties; use your browser’s privacy settings to remove those. Strata does not remember your choice on later visits.
If you follow the link to open the scanner on EasyDMARC’s own website, its website notices and settings apply there.
Enquiries and the help button
The enquiry form sends your completed details directly to HubSpot when you select Send enquiry. It does not need optional tracking cookies to work and does not save the message in this website’s browser storage. Browser autofill is controlled by your browser.
If the connection fails, the copy option writes the prepared message to your clipboard only when you select it. You can then email the team directly.
The help button opens HubSpot chat. If chat cannot load, the website offers the support portal, enquiry page and email contact options instead. Choosing Get support opens the separate SuperOps portal.
Hosting, sign-in and other websites
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not require visitors to sign in. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site. A separate private preview is available through Sites, whose access and security systems may use cookies or similar technologies separately from the public website.
The names, purposes, providers and lifetimes of any hosting or sign-in cookies must be checked before the final policy is published. No unverified cookie names or expiry periods are listed here.
The support portal and partner websites are separate destinations. Opening those links can bring their own cookies and privacy settings into use. Check the notice on the destination website.
Your choices
You choose whether to load the optional EasyDMARC scanner when it is available on the homepage. It is not loaded automatically. Reload or leave the page to close the scanner.
You can review, block or delete stored website data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking information used for sign-in or security may affect access to the private preview or the separate support portal.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change HubSpot cookie choices. These controls apply to HubSpot. The EasyDMARC scanner has its own separate loading controls, and external websites have their own notices.
Updates and questions
We will review this policy when the hosting setup changes or when HubSpot, live chat, analytics or another external feature changes. The date above shows when this draft was last reviewed.
